Weekdays 9am - 5pm = $50/hr
Weekday Early Mornings before 9am = $70/hr
Weekday Evenings after 5pm = $70/hr
Weekends = $70/hr
Statutory Holidays = $80/hr
Last minute coverage (< 48 hrs notice) = $80/hr
